BIRTHDAYS at STONEBRIDGE P S, To best ensure the safety of students and staff members who may suffer from life threatening. food allergies and to support the religious and cultural values of many of our families we con. tinue to ask that parents DO NOT send food to school to celebrate your child s birthday. For the reasons mentioned above many students are unable to eat various foods and therefore. too often food that arrives at school is unable to be shared We do believe that a birthday is a. special day in a child s life so if you do wish to send something to school on your child s birth. day then please consider some alternatives to food. Colorful and decorative pencils erasers bookmarks and stickers are always well received by chil. dren as are small loot bags containing a few dollar store items If you are going to send some. thing to be handed out in school please include one item for each student in your child s class. Please feel free to contact the main office if you have any questions. Pizza Day at Stonebridge, Our first round of pizza orders from MY LITTLE PIZZERIA will begin in October.
