Crendon Corinthians Youth Football Club,Handbook 2014 2015. Welcome to the club, Crendon Corinthians Youth Football Club CCYFC was formed in 1999 by parents from Long Crendon who. wanted their children to play football for their village club The club now has 14 squads across 11 age groups with. over 250 boys and girls training at Long Crendon School and the Recreation Ground in the village every week. We are an FA Charter Standard status club the scheme that sets standards of coaching administration and child. protection for clubs working with young people improving the playing experience for all. In 2010 we were named Berks Bucks FA Charter Standard Club of the Year in recognition of our achievements. across all areas of running the club, Crendon Corinthians is committed to providing opportunities for all players to enjoy developing their skills to. realise their personal and sporting potential,Objectives. To encourage the playing of football at all levels. To provide continuous development opportunities for our players coaches and volunteers. Getting ready to play, Parents should take responsibility for delivering and collecting their children for training and matches They should. arrive on time and should only be left unattended if they are confident that their children are happy to be left. Nippers and Under 6s must have a parent or guardian with them at all times Whilst the club will always exercise. reasonable care and adhere to the club s Safeguarding Children Policy parents remain ultimately responsible for. the safety of their children, It is important that players wear the right kit for training and matches in all weather conditions This includes the. football boots shinpads and any eyewear if appropriate Players should always bring a bottle of water with them. The development of the Club in line with its Ethos Mission Objectives. The periodic review and adherence to the Club s Welfare and Safeguarding Policies and Procedures. Codes of Conduct and the coordination of the Club s Volunteers and for Schools Liaison. Ensuring that at all times the Club has in place appropriate Public Liability Insurance in accordance. with the guidelines issued by the Football Association from time to time.
